The Aqua

Aqua Tower is an 82-story skyscraper located in Lake Shore East. The amazing tower is has an 82.550 square foot terrace that features a garden, gazebos, pool, hot tubs, a walking/running track, and a fire pit. The development also includes retail and office space, 215 hotel rooms, 476 rental residential units, and 263 condo units and penthouses (on floors 53-80). This is the first building of its kind to combine a hotel, apartments and condos under one roof. The balconies are very spacious, some of which are 12 feet from the building, this is what creates the wave-like look to the exterior. This theme fits in perectly with the other nautically-themed buildings in the Lakeshore East development, such as The Lancaster, The Chandler and The Regatta.
